This notice describes the information used by this campaign page and its request form. Updated September 30, 2026.

Information you choose to submit

The form asks for your name, business email, the URL of an existing public practice-area page and your role at the firm. Please do not submit confidential client information, private documents or details of a legal matter.

How your request is used

Hudson South uses the submitted information to review your page request, confirm fit, prepare the rewrite and walkthrough, and respond to you, including discussing whether a paid content-system engagement makes sense. Submitting the form does not subscribe you to a newsletter, text messages or unrelated marketing.

Campaign and technical information

When present in the address used to reach this page, campaign labels such as UTM source, medium and campaign are included with your request, along with the page path, the referring website’s origin when available, and a label identifying this version of the page. This page uses the Meta Pixel, a measurement tool from Meta Platforms, to measure visits from Hudson South ads on Facebook and Instagram. When the page loads, the pixel sends Meta a page-view event and may collect information about your visit and actions on this page, including your IP address, browser and device details, the pages you view and cookies it sets. Meta handles that information under its own privacy policy and may connect it to a Facebook or Instagram account. You can manage how Meta uses it in your Facebook or Instagram ad settings. Separately, the page records simple interaction events, such as a button click, inside your browser only, and the page itself does not send those events to any analytics or advertising service.

Form handling, notifications and scheduling

Netlify hosts this page and processes form submissions for Hudson South, and may process technical request information to deliver the site and filter spam. Submission details may be delivered to Hudson South by email notification. The walkthrough link opens Calendly, which handles scheduling under its own privacy terms. Information you enter on Calendly is handled by that service and by Hudson South to arrange your meeting.
